Designed a platform to support small business success

BODi (previously Beachbody) resellers ran small businesses, promoting and selling BODi products and earning commissions from their customers’ purchases. They were the core of the company’s marketing and sales, driving massive awareness and accounting for nearly 90% of the company’s revenue. Some resellers made as much as $2 million per year.

One tool in this toolset was called the Success Club Tracker. It incentivized businesses to do specific tactics that would help grow their business: share to social media, engage in outreach and marketing, and so forth.

Project goals

New resellers often struggled to establish effective habits for building successful businesses. Since the success of resellers directly contributed to BODi’s overall growth, the company aimed to provide guidance and support to help resellers thrive and drive increased revenue.

The dashboard (above) presented a snapshot of the user’s status and top priority tasks.

Daily tracking

This product entailed daily tracking around several general categories. Users could see their percentage completion for the day and the past week.

Customer stats

Staying engaged with their customers was a critical role of resellers. So we brought in data about specific customers to encourage resellers to add customer notes, in order to be able to communicate in a more relevant way to each one.

Resellers were thrilled with the new product, and usage rates matched our internal goals.
